ROUND 4 SME Partner Decipher Media Consultants Ltd (Nigel Walley) Academic Partner Goldsmiths University of London (Mick Grierson) Project Title Chimni Online Home Logs Project Description Decipher Media Consultants Ltd specialise in digital media business planning and analysis. It is anticipated that the proposed project will lead to a separate company being launched to deliver it to market. The Chimni project will aim to create an online consumer service targeted at homeowners. Chimni intend to provide consumers with an online ‘log-book’ for their home that will provide an online store for important legal and contract documents, project information about DIY, and insurance inventories.
