Project Title

Test the feasibility and acceptability of using a digital platform to deliver the content of the Bridges stroke workbook and carers’ booklet.

Project Description

Bridges enables people living with long-term neurological conditions to take control of their rehabilitation and daily lives. As part of the successful Bridges Stroke Self-Management training programme, stroke practitioners are provided with their unique, evidence based Bridges Stroke Workbook, a personalised and interactive workbook they give to the stroke survivor to support their self-management skills and goals.  In addition they provide a carers’ booklet containing information for family and friends about supporting the Bridges self-management approach. The project will develop and prototype a plan for converting the content of the stroke workbook and carers’ booklet to a digital platform.
