Delegates will be able to apply their own business challenges and objectives to the framework and start to create their social media strategy with action points for post-workshop activation.

Focus on best practice use of Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn

- Tips and techniques for improving effectiveness, reach and engagement;
- Examples of best practice and the key mistakes to avoid;
- Measuring Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn activity;
- Joining up with other channels and assets;
- Essential legal bit to help protect you online.

At the end of this workshop you should be able to apply your business challenges and objectives to the framework and start to create a social media strategy. Key resources will be shared to help you stimulate ideas and continue knowledge development post-workshop.
