A social media workshop specifically targeted at those looking to create a social media strategy from scratch or sense check their current approach. Participants will work together to develop a social media plan outline using a framework provided.

Michelle will introduce a Social Media Planning framework. This will enable attendees to look beyond the tools and help them to consider the challenges and scaling issues of social media activity within a broader marketing and communications strategy.
Delegates will be able to apply their own business challenges and objectives to the framework and start to create their social media strategy with action points for post-workshop activation.
