For the past few months, we at Plume Mudguard have spent our spare time engineering an over the top arcade-style virtual reality bicycle game. As part of the London Design Festival, Tokyobike will be opening it’s doors on Friday the 19th of September to debut ‘Puddle Dash’ in all it’s glory.

We don’t want to give away too much about the game, except to say that riders will be tasked with virtual puddles, real splashes, and a host of challenges. Prizes will be given to players who manage to reach the top of the leaderboard, or who dazzle us with their style and finesse.

Join us in Shoreditch for drinks and virtual reality cycling nonsense at Tokyobike on Friday the 19th from 7-9pm. Click here to RSVP.

Patrick Laing (one of the organisers of this event) was awarded a Creativeworks London Creative Entrepreneur-In-Residence award during round 1. More information about his Flying the Skirt project can be found here.
