Fusion in South London – Social Media and Sales Masterclass for SMEs Workshop

Everything you need to know to attract and secure new customers to your business in a programme consisting of:

Social Media Workshop on 18th July, which will

-Enable you to plan an effective, sustainable social media strategy for a small, growing business;
-Help you to develop core skills required forsuccessful Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter activity.

Sales Masterclass for SMEs on 24th July, which will

-Help in defining your marketing positioning and identifying target market;
-Introduce you to the selling framework and methodology: a 7-point plan;
-Enable to identify the barriers to selling.

At the end of this event programme, you will be able to apply your business challenges and objectives to the framework and start to create a social media strategy as well as know your selling framework, methodology and how to ease someone into saying “yes”.

Social Media Workshop:

Michelle Goodall specialises in digital communications and social media. Michelle’s clients include Econsultancy, British Film Institute, Coca Cola, Domino’s, eBay, Camelot, Random House, Macmillan, Penguin, Diageo, Boots, and a number of SMEs across many sectors. She provided consultancy and training to London 2012’s digital, editorial and communications teams over a 4-year period.

Sales Masterclass for SMEs:

Shan Preddy is a Partner at PREDDY&CO. She works with design firms and in-house design teams – all disciplines, all shapes and sizes, worldwide – improving their knowledge, skills, attitude, confidence, capabilities and, ultimately, their business performance. Shan is a leading design sector trainer, business development consultant and writer of the best-selling industry books ‘How to market design consultancy services’ and ‘How to run a successful design business’.
