Axel Threlfall, Reuters Editor-at-Large, interviews Jeff Lynn, one of Business Insider’s 50 coolest people in UK Tech.

Did you know Seedrs was the first equity-based crowdfunding platform in the world to receive regulatory approval from the Financial Services Authority? The London-based company, which started life as CEO Jeff Lynn and COO’s MBA project, is a crowdfunding platform for early-stage start-ups that lets members of the public invest in new businesses for as little as £10.

EntrepreneursTalk@Cass (in partnership with Thomson Reuters) are intimate, in-depth interviews with some of the UK’s most innovative and inspirational tech entrepreneurs. Meet them up close and personal at Cass Business School, with plenty of time for your questions.

Join us for the second EntrepreneursTalk@Cass and hear Jeff Lynn, one of Business Insider’s 50 coolest people in UK Tech, speak about the power of putting investment opportunities into the hands of the masses, and why he believes the UK is the most exciting place in the world to build a start-up.

Axel Threlfall is Reuters Editor-at-Large based in London. He hosts high-profile engagements and thought leadership events for and on behalf of Reuters and Thomson Reuters. He was previously Lead European Anchor for Reuters Digital Video.

Prior to joining Reuters, Axel spent four years as an anchor for CNBC in London. Before that, he was an editor with The Wall Street Journal in New York, and a news reporter for Bloomberg in London. He has also advised businesses and NGOs on their dealings with the international media.

Please arrive on time (no later than 6.15pm) as the event will start at 6.30pm.
