How do you go about designing an effective plan that focuses on and complements your organisational goals? What content is included in such a plan and how will this help generate new sources of funding and reach new audiences? Building on the ‘Essentials of Marketing Strategy and Essentials of Audience Development’ series, this workshop will take you through the practical steps involved in creating an audience development plan for your organisation. Integrating themes on digital, community engagement and participation it will enable you to produce a framework for delivery of your organisation’s marketing and audience development activities.

This practical workshop will enable you to:

  • Understand your organisation’s brand positioning
  • Create a series of relevant objectives to meet organisational goals
  • Select a range of appropriate tools and techniques
  • Design relevant success measures
