This informative and interactive event will explore how coaching enhances business management and leadership. Facilitated by McKenzie Cerri and Quinn Simpson, co-founders of Graydin, this event will explore the link between coaching and neuroscience, positive psychology and other social theories. Additionally, the pair will facilitate group activities with a focus on how to use coaching skills to motivate and encourage others. The evening will also provide opportunities for questions and networking.

Facilitators Biographies:

Graydin Ltd specialises in delivering transformational coaching services and programmes to organisations around the world. We are experts in the fields of coaching and personal development, delivering powerful and sustainable results by improving motivation, self-awareness, and leadership.

McKenzie and Quinn began their coaching careers as youth coaches working with individuals, schools, and youth organisations. Since then, they have collectively coached more than 1000 coachees of varying ages. In addition, the pair has delivered more than 400 workshops and courses in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Australia.

McKenzie Cerri is a Co-Active Coach and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner, as well as a Mytho Self Associate Facilitator. She is trained by the Coaches Training Institute, Applied Behavioural Technologies and Making Change Work. McKenzie graduated magna cum laude from the University of California Davis in interpersonal and organisational communications.

Quinn Simpson is trained by the Coaches Training Institute, Making Change Work, and Coach U. She is also a certified Co-Active coach and NLP coach. She graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a master’s degree in sociology and social anthropology after writing a dissertation that examined self-help books.

Purpose of the event:

  • Increase awareness about coaching in business
  • Learning coaching skills to use in a management or business environment
  • Understand the impact of coaching yourself and others to be successful and innovative leader

This workshop is about entrepreneurship and successful leadership within it. It’s about using values as a motivational tool to coach yourself and others to be a successful and innovative leader.

Why attend:

This event is for people to learn the basics of coaching and how to use values as a motivational tool in business. All established and early stage entrepreneurs are welcome, or simply those interested in coaching in the business context.
